Our office will be happy to file your insurance for you. We will verify your insurance benefits prior to your appointment and contact you to review your out-of-pocket expenses.
Payment Information
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, and Cash. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
