I have had awful experiences elsewhere and it was such a relief to feel so supported.They made sure everything was effectively communicated throughout the entire process. They worked with me through different options for payment and helped me get all of that sorted out before the day of my appointment. They were even able to move my appointment to earlier in the day which made it much more convenient for me.During the actual procedure, Dr. Kristy Jones made me feel genuinely cared for. She communicated each and every process before she did it. And she was constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free.I appreciate everyone at the office so much for making the whole process go as smoothly as possible. Root canals are never a fun experience.. but having a team of people there to support you and communicate with you along the way.. that really does make all the difference."

"Recommended - I've seen Dr. Pride twice. What I liked is that when he wasn't sure if I needed a root canal the first time, he was honest and told me to come back if I had pain. When I came back later knowing that I needed a root canal, he was efficient and prolong the appointment, yet he did answer questions. I would go to him again, if needed."

"Very kind and helpful staff. They provide a little extra kindness a patience that many places of work like this lack. The work on my teeth was very thorough and very well done. The video screen of images showing your teeth is placed directly in front of you in your seat, so you see what the doctor sees. They show you the images before and after the procedure, which the doctors always look at themselves to make sure everything looks good, but being here, and being able to see what they see, and the fact that they're sure they're doing the best possible job and are willing to show you their work, gives you the feeling of actually having a voice in the procedure instead of just being blindly worked on."

I called five minutes before closing time needing to make an appointment for an emergency root canal, I spoke to a very kind lady named Lacey who booked me immediately for an appointment for the following morning. Dr. Jones was extremely knowledgeable, and kind. I was in and out within an hour. I can't say enough kinds things about this clinic.
